Online therapy works just like in-person therapy, but from the comfort of your own home. Before each session, you will be emailed a secure link to our session. All we ask is that you are in a private place, free of distractions.

Therefore, we reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for those who are unable to afford the full fee. If our full fee is unmanageable, please reach out to your desired clinician to discuss sliding scale options.

We operate as out of network providers for major insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider directly to inquire about out of network benefits.

If seeking insurance reimbursement, payment in full at the time of service and we will provide you a Superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
